Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This policy explains what data Lawyer AI collects when you use the website, why we need it and what control you have over it.
Data we collect
Your name, email and password (stored only as a secure hash); the messages, photos and documents you send in chats; your chosen language and country; and technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address and session cookies.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, answer your questions, keep your chat history, process payments and send service emails such as password resets. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising. We may also email you short legal tips; every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
AI processing
To generate answers, the text of your conversation and the content of attached files are sent to our AI provider over an encrypted connection. The provider processes them only to produce the answer, under a data processing agreement.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a customer ID and the status of your subscription.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a security token to protect forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete any chat, or your whole account with all chats and files, from the Account page. You may also ask us for a copy of your data or its correction.
